Incredibly beautiful hotel located in a good area right by the main restaurants and bars, the old town and the train station and the bus station, and the bus/train station as well as local buses. Exceptionally comfortable bed in the single room, plus an electronic key card, a work desk, and a flat-screen TV with satellite channels. Great decor. Fantastic service, public parking available nearby. Memorable experience, good base for shopping.

Fairly clean, great value hotel, its location was great and really close to San Sebastian at 07:00 and the City Center and the old town to lots of restaurants bars and pintxos bars. I appreciated the staff, they are welcoming. A nice touch is also the hot beverages in the coffee bar.

Every time in San Sebastian, I choose this place. It's tidy small hotel with super-friendly staff and a marvellous location. The property provides an incredible service. Keep in mind, the parking is nearby.

The room was modern and compact with good bathroom and nice toiletries, just what we needed. Good and fab location, the hotel was near a train station. It was relatively near Goiko Grill, serving fast food.

Good sized room itself with good bathroom, a balcony, for example. Location just next door to the center, the hotel-trains running early in the morning, and the old town and the train station and the bus station👍

Clean, small hotel with marvellous and absolutely perfect location to the first bridge that crosses the river when it enters the sea then turn hard right.

I had specifically requested a deluxe room with balcony and was disappointed to find all three were already taken. However, the friendly woman at the desk resolved the issue promptly the next morning. The hotel had a charming boutique atmosphere with a complimentary spread of coffee and pastries every day. Despite being located right next to the train tracks and road, the noise was not bothersome, although privacy was limited due to the room being at the front of the building.
